Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat Weekender Is
-
Think of it as the outdoor half of what a housekeeper does inside. We come and reset the space: hardscape rinsed, furniture cleaned and dried, outdoor kitchen wiped down, yard picked up, details handled. Not a deep clean. A reset, so the space stays ready.
-
Landscapers handle irrigation, trimming, planting, and hauling out yard debris. We handle the surfaces, the furniture, the fixtures, and the mess that settles on all of it. Most of our clients keep both.
-
No. We soft wash, which means low pressure and the right solution rather than force. It's gentle on stone, pavers, and painted surfaces, and it uses a fraction of the water. If a job genuinely needs high pressure, we'll tell you and point you to someone who does that work.
-
No. We work exclusively with exterior living spaces.
scheduling and service
-
Weekly, every other week, or monthly. Homes with a pool, dogs, kids, and regular company tend to settle into weekly. Quieter properties do well every other week. We'll help you find the right rhythm, and you can change it whenever.
-
Yes. Before a party, after one, the morning of an open house, or between guests at a rental.
-
Yes. Service runs seven days a week. To get on the schedule, reach us Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. Call or text 000-000-0000, or email taylor@weekenderclean.com.

-
Usually one to three hours, depending on the size of the property.
-
No, and most clients aren't. We'll sort out access once and then you can stop thinking about it. If part of your property is only reachable through the house, we'll schedule those visits for a time you're there.
-
We'll reach out and either move you or keep the slot, whichever makes sense. Nothing gets skipped without a conversation.

Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley.
The first visit
-
We call it the Baseline. It gets the property caught up to a standard the regular rhythm can hold. Every visit after that is maintenance, and it's priced accordingly. With an annual plan, your first clean is priced the same as your standard visits.
-
Call or text Taylor at 000-000-0000, or email taylor@weekenderclean.com. Tell us about the property, roughly how long it's been since it was last cleaned, and when you'd like us. Photos or a short video of the front, back, and sides help us price it accurately.
-
For recurring service, usually yes. Ten minutes on site is where we decide together what gets done every visit. For a single visit, we can typically price it over the phone.
-
Of course. Tell us and we'll adjust.
Water, Chemistry, and Property Care
-
Less than you'd use doing the job yourself with a hose and sprayer. We soft wash rather than pressure wash, use shut-off nozzles, and track water on every job. Nothing runs off your property.
-
Your hose bib. We bring the filtration, which lets us use demineralized water where it matters without the cost of buying and hauling water in. That savings goes to you.
-
Glass and furniture. An inline filter strips out the minerals that leave spots, so surfaces dry clean instead of clouded.
-
Yes. Soft washing at low pressure is gentler on travertine, flagstone, and pavers than the pressure washing most people reach for. We match the solution to the surface.
-
Yes. Everything is rinsed and dry before we leave, and our products are safe for the whole household. Dog waste areas get an enzyme rinse that breaks down what's left rather than covering it.
-
We don't use harsh chemicals that would harm them.
working with us
-
The same crew, as much as we can manage it. Everyone is employed by Weekender, uniformed, background checked, and E-Verified. No subcontractors.
-
We walk the property before we leave and text you a short report. If we spotted something worth mentioning, a nest starting under an eave, a fixture out, a stain forming where water sits, it's in there. You'll know without being home.
-
You'll hear it from us first. We're insured, and we'll make it right.
-
Tell us and we'll come back promptly. We'll fix it and document it so it doesn't happen again.
-
We're comfortable around dogs, and most days it's the best part of the job. We do ask that dogs stay inside during the visit, both for their comfort and so the crew can work efficiently. If your dog has ever shown reactive behavior, inside is a firm requirement.
-
Power washing, roof cleaning, garage floors, pool chemistry, and landscaping. If a window job needs more than an extension pole, we'll refer it out. We'd rather send you to the right person than overreach.
