Privacy Policy
Weekender LLC · Last updated November 2, 2026
1. Introduction
Weekender LLC ("Weekender," "we," "us" or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, when we share it, and the choices and rights you have.
This Policy applies to personal information we collect through any channel, including our website at https://www.weekendercleaning.com (the "Site"), our instant quote tool, our online booking and your Acuity Scheduling client account, phone calls, text messages, email, social media messages, in-person conversations, and the exterior housekeeping services we provide (together, the "Services"). It also covers how we handle your information in the business tools we use to operate, such as our payment, scheduling, bookkeeping and email providers.
This Policy is part of the Weekender Client Terms at https://www.weekendercleaning.com/terms. By using the Site or the Services, or otherwise giving us your information, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
This Policy doesn't cover information about our employees or job applicants, which we handle under separate notices.
2. Who We Are and How to Reach Us
Weekender provides recurring and one-time exterior housekeeping visits to homes in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, Arizona.
For questions about this Policy or to make a privacy request, contact us at:
Weekender LLC
4539 N. 22nd St. #6272, Phoenix, AZ 85016

Phone or text: 602-520-8777
3. The Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Give Us
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the address of each home you ask us to serve.
- Quote information: the details you enter in our quote tool, such as yard size, outdoor features, pets, glass panes, preferred days and any requests, along with your chosen visit frequency, the price you're shown, and your choices about visit texts and news and offers.
How quote records work. When you tap "Build my quote," your contact information and quote details are saved to a quote record in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, and our team gets an email alert. Your record updates as you go further (for example, when you see your price or open our booking calendar), so we know where you left off. We save it even if you don't finish booking, so we can follow up on your request. As you type your street address, Google Maps suggests matching addresses, and picking one fills in your city and ZIP code. We also use your address to estimate the drive time and distance to your home with Google Maps, which helps us plan our routes and price your visit. Gate codes are never saved to quote records; they go only to our scheduling system with your booking.
- Home and service information: details about your home's outdoor spaces (such as a pool, outdoor kitchen, sport court or turf), whether pets or children will be present during visits so we can work safely, your preferences, add-ons, schedule and service history.
- Payment information: your billing name and address and your payment card. Cards are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Communications: the content of emails, texts, social media messages and other correspondence with us, and any reviews, testimonials or feedback you choose to share.
- Gift card and referral information: the names and email addresses of gift card buyers and recipients, and the names of households you refer or that refer you.
- Marketing preferences: whether you've subscribed to our emails or agreed to marketing texts, and how you interact with our emails (for example, whether a message was opened).
Information about other people. If you give us information about someone else, for example as a Trade Partner booking a home you represent or manage, or as a family member booking for a relative, you confirm that you have their permission to share it with us for that purpose.
Health information. We don't ask for health information. If you tell us about an illness or injury, for example to request a medical pause under our Client Terms, we use it only to manage your plan and don't share it.
3.2 Home Access Information
Because we often work at your home while you're away, you may give us access information, such as gate codes, garage codes, gate locations and entry instructions ("Access Information"). We never enter the inside of your home, and we never ask for house keys or alarm codes.
We treat Access Information with extra care:
- We collect it only to perform the Services you request.
- We keep it in our scheduling system, Acuity Scheduling, not in spreadsheets, personal notes or personal text threads.
- Only the team members scheduling or performing your visit can see it.
- We never sell it or share it for marketing or any unrelated purpose.
- We delete it within 30 days after your service ends, or sooner if you ask in writing, unless we need it to resolve an open dispute or the law requires us to keep it.
3.3 Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7), including:
- your IP address and the approximate location it indicates;
- your device type, browser, operating system and device identifiers;
- the pages you view, links you click, the site that referred you, and the dates, times and length of your visits; and
- analytics identifiers.
3.4 Information From Other Sources
We may receive information about you from:
- Trade Partners, such as real estate professionals and home management companies, when they book a visit at a home they represent or manage, or refer you to us;
- clients who refer you through our referral program;
- public records, such as property details from the Maricopa County Assessor, which we may use to estimate your lot size for your quote;
- social media platforms, when you interact with our profiles or ads; and
- analytics providers and other service providers who help us run our business.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- provide, schedule, perform and manage the Services you request;
- prepare your quote, set your price, and keep a record of your quote so we can follow up;
- securely manage access to your home for visits;
- process payments, issue receipts and keep billing and tax records;
- communicate with you about visits, your account, service changes, weather reschedules and support;
- run our Trade Partner, referral and gift card programs;
- send newsletters, offers and other marketing, where permitted (see Sections 5 and 6);
- operate, maintain and improve the Site and the Services, and train our team;
- protect the safety and property of our clients, our team and the public, and detect and prevent fraud;
- document the condition of your outdoor spaces and our completed work, and handle Reset Promise and damage claims;
- comply with the law, enforce our Client Terms, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
- create aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you, which we may use for any lawful business purpose.
5. Email
We send marketing emails only to clients and to people who have subscribed or otherwise agreed to receive them.
Consistent with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, our marketing emails will:
- accurately identify Weekender as the sender and use truthful subject lines;
- include our postal address; and
- give you a clear way to unsubscribe.
You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. We honor requests promptly, and always within 10 business days. Even after you unsubscribe, we'll still send messages about your account and visits, such as confirmations, reminders, receipts and service updates.
6. Text Messages
Service texts. When you book, you agree to receive texts about your service and account, such as confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, weather reschedules and billing questions.
Marketing texts. We send marketing texts only if you've separately agreed to receive them. Agreeing to marketing texts is never a condition of booking or buying anything from us, and we don't send marketing texts to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without your consent.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies with your schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us, or tell us in any other reasonable way, such as replying "unsubscribe" or "cancel," calling or emailing us. We'll honor your request within 10 business days, and we may send one final text to confirm it. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 602-520-8777. If you opt out of service texts, we'll keep reaching you about your visits by email.
Your mobile information stays with us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our text messaging provider receives your number only to deliver our messages.
Mobile carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your preferences and understand how the Site is used. These include:
- Strictly necessary cookies, which the Site needs to work, including those set by our website and booking platforms, Squarespace and Acuity Scheduling.
- Analytics cookies, which help us understand Site traffic and performance. We use Squarespace Analytics.
- Advertising cookies and pixels. We don't currently use advertising cookies or pixels, such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags. If we add them, we'll update this Policy first.
Your choices. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner on our Site, and most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Turning off cookies may affect how the Site works.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. There's no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so we don't currently respond to them. Where the law requires it, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information from that browser or device.
8. How We Share Your Information
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we never share your Access Information for marketing. We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers. We share information with companies that perform services for us, including Stripe (payments), Squarespace (our website), Acuity Scheduling (booking and your client account), Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Sheets (email, scheduling, quote records and business records), Google Maps (address suggestions as you type, and drive time and distance estimates), QuickBooks (bookkeeping and invoicing), Squarespace Analytics (website analytics), and our text messaging provider. They may use the information only to provide services to us, and each has its own privacy policy.
- Our team. Team members scheduling or performing your visit see the information they need to do so, including your Access Information.
- Trade Partners. If a Trade Partner booked your visit, we may share visit details and status with that partner. If you start service at a Trade Partner rate, we may confirm your eligibility with the partner who referred you.
- Referrals. If you join through a referral, we may let the client who referred you know that you became a client, so we can credit their referral reward. We won't share your price or service details with them.
- Reviews and testimonials. If you give us a review or testimonial, we'll publish it only with your permission, and only with the name details you approve.
- Professional advisors and insurers. We may share information with our attorneys, accountants and insurance carriers as needed for their services to us, including to handle a claim.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe it's reasonably necessary to comply with a law, legal process or government request; to enforce our Client Terms; to detect or prevent fraud or security issues; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Weekender, our clients, our team or others.
- Business transfers. If Weekender is sold, merged or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to protect it under this Policy. We'll tell you in writing, as described in our Client Terms.
- With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose we describe to you when we ask, with your consent.
We don't share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
9. Photos
Records of our work. Our crew may take photos during visits, such as existing conditions on your first visit and our completed work, to keep a record of the Services and to handle Reset Promise and damage claims. These photos are for internal use only, and our crew doesn't photograph people for our records.
Marketing, social media and our website. We take photos and video for our website, social media and other marketing, but never at your home without your written permission on our Photo and Video Consent Form. With your permission:
- we may photograph and film your outdoor spaces before, during and after a visit, and use that content on our website, social media and other marketing;
- we won't show your address, house number, gate codes or anything else that identifies where you live, unless you've specifically agreed;
- we don't record your conversations, and we include people only with their own permission; and
- we don't include children in our marketing content.
Changing your mind. You can withdraw your permission anytime by contacting us. We'll stop using that content in anything new and remove it from our website and the social media accounts we control. We can't recall content that's already been printed or that others have shared or saved.
10. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, change or destruction. These include:
- having Stripe process all card payments, so we never handle full card numbers;
- keeping Access Information in our scheduling system and limiting who can see it;
- sharing our quote records only with Weekender team accounts, never through public links;
- protecting our business accounts with strong passwords and two-step verification; and
- shredding or securely destroying paper records that contain personal information, as Arizona law requires (A.R.S. § 44-7601).
No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Please keep the login for your Acuity Scheduling client account private.
11. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy:
- Access Information: deleted within 30 days after your service ends, as described in Section 3.2.
- Visit record photos: kept while you're a client and for up to 2 years after your last visit, then deleted, unless we need them for an open claim or dispute.
- Marketing photos and video: kept and used as long as your permission stands. If you withdraw it, we handle the content as described in Section 9.
- Billing, payment and tax records: kept as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to 7 years.
- Quote records from people who don't book: deleted from our Google Sheet and email alerts within 12 months of your last contact with us. If you book, your quote record becomes part of your account information.
- Other account information: kept while you're a client and for up to 2 years after your service ends, so we can handle questions, claims or a return to service.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.
12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
12.1 Requests We Honor for Everyone
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that's inaccurate;
- delete your information, except what we must keep for legal, tax, safety or dispute reasons;
- stop sending you marketing emails or texts (see Sections 5 and 6); and
- withdraw any consent you've given us, such as permission to use photos or video of your home.
To make a request, email hello@weekendercleaning.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call or text 602-520-8777. We'll confirm your identity before acting on a request, usually by contacting you at the email or phone number on your account. We'll respond within 45 days, and we'll never charge you or treat you differently for making a request. You can use an authorized agent if you give them written permission and we can confirm it with you.
If we deny any part of your request, we'll explain why, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.
12.2 State Privacy Laws
Arizona doesn't currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law. Some other states, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut and Virginia, give their residents additional privacy rights, though many of those laws apply only to larger businesses. If one of those laws applies to your information, we'll honor the rights it gives you, and you can use the request process in Section 12.1.
We don't sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own direct marketing, including under California's "Shine the Light" law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83).
13. Children's Privacy
The Site and Services are meant for adults, and our Client Terms require clients to be at least 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may note that children live at a home so our crew can work safely, but we never photograph or film children, and they never appear in our marketing content. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
14. Third-Party Links and Social Media
The Site and our messages may link to websites and social media platforms we don't control. This Policy doesn't apply to them, and we're not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies.
15. Data Breach Notification
If a breach of our systems compromises your personal information, we'll notify you as Arizona law requires (A.R.S. §§ 18-551 and 18-552), generally within 45 days after we determine a breach occurred. If a breach affects more than 1,000 Arizona residents, we'll also notify the Arizona Attorney General and the three largest nationwide consumer reporting agencies. We'll also follow any other notice law that applies.
16. Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use our website and book with us. We're working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. If any part of our site is hard to use, or you need this Policy or other information in another format, call or text 602-520-8777 or email hello@weekendercleaning.com, and we'll help you get what you need or book by phone.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make a material change, we'll email clients before it takes effect. Using the Site or Services after an update takes effect means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
